We have some policies regarding product delivery and returns. Which we have discussed in detail below. Please read the full policy.
Product Delivery & Return Policy
All Make Buy parcels will be delivered in sealed packaging. Payment is required at delivery, and we recommend inspecting the product immediately. If you’re satisfied, accept the item; if not, please note that returns or rejections are not permitted at this stage. The delivery company’s role is only to deliver. Testing of electronic or battery-operated items may require a full 3–6 hours of charging, which the courier cannot wait for. As these items are for purchase, not trial, immediate return options are not available. Configuration with a mobile device or further setup may also be required, which the delivery agent cannot assist with. As the seller, we’re here to provide support if needed. Customers should reach out directly if issues arise.
After accepting delivery, we advise completing a full unboxing video at home. If any item is missing or an incorrect product was delivered, please send us this video for verification, and we will take appropriate steps to resolve it. In the case of a confirmed error on our part, we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Return Policy
Items with warranties (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc.) may be eligible for return if a defect is reported within 7 days of the invoice date. Returns should be sent via Sundarban Courier, Pathao, Redex, E-Courier, Steadfast, or other designated couriers (SA Paribahon is not accepted due to delivery delays).
Important: Items must be returned in their original packaging, intact, and securely wrapped. Boxes should remain untapped; if a box is unavailable, wrap the product in newspaper. Returns will not be accepted if packaging or product is damaged due to improper packing or if not in a resalable condition.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Conditions
✔️Products with burns or physical damage are not covered under warranty.
✔️If product seals or stickers are removed, warranty policies apply (e.g., a 1-year warranty includes after- sales service but not returns or exchanges).
✔️The warranty does not cover items with scratches, stains, or those not in resalable condition.
✔️Accessories, chargers, or adapters are not covered by warranty.
✔️Free gifts or promotional items do not carry any warranty.
✔️Compatibility issues with third-party hardware, apps, or software that are not standard product features do not qualify for return or exchange if the product works with standard devices.
